Growing Green Thumbs is a youth garden program geared towards children age 4 to 12, but we welcome younger siblings as well! Parents/guardians must stay present during the hour long program.The program is taught by Chloe Drew and other guest teachers. Chloe is a certified K-6 educator, is the co-founder and co-teacher of By the Birch Wood, a forest preschool program, a local sustainable farmer at Mother Earth Farm, and the garden educator for Indiana Community Garden. The program runs every Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00 at the community gardens from June-August. It is a FREE program. Your children will participate in a variety of garden related activities, crafts, planting, harvesting, and eating! We are excited for you and your children to join us!
